How to add your email signature

How to add your email signature in gmail.

  1. Open your email signature in your browser.
  2. Select all of the content displayed in the browser (Cmd + A for MAC) (Ctrl + A for Windows)
  3. Open GMail and Click Settings (Gear Icon)
  4. Click See All Settings
  5. Scroll down to “Signature” – Create a new signature
  6. Give your signature a name.
  7. Click on the signature body and Paste (cmd + V for Mac) (ctrl + V for Windows)
    Note: If you have issues pasting on a mac and are using Chrome as your browser, there are 2 ways to paste. You can go to the menu up top and click “EDIT” – > “Paste”
    The normal paste removes the formatting so you have to use the paste option that does not ‘match style’. 
  8. Under Signature defaults, select your new signature so it can display automatically on new emails and replies.
  9. Scroll all the way down and “Save Changes”
