How to add your email signature
How to add your email signature in gmail.
- Open your email signature in your browser.
- Select all of the content displayed in the browser (Cmd + A for MAC) (Ctrl + A for Windows)
- Open GMail and Click Settings (Gear Icon)
- Click See All Settings
- Scroll down to “Signature” – Create a new signature
- Give your signature a name.
- Click on the signature body and Paste (cmd + V for Mac) (ctrl + V for Windows)
Note: If you have issues pasting on a mac and are using Chrome as your browser, there are 2 ways to paste. You can go to the menu up top and click “EDIT” – > “Paste”
The normal paste removes the formatting so you have to use the paste option that does not ‘match style’. - Under Signature defaults, select your new signature so it can display automatically on new emails and replies.
- Scroll all the way down and “Save Changes”
